#180: Under the Direction of God
God micromanaged the Israelites in the desert. For us today the term "micromanage" is looked down on. It shows a leader that doesn't believe in the capabilities of those being led. But let's look at it another way, doesn't a loving mother micromanage a baby until they are able to better function for themselves?
Coming right out of Egypt, after being in bondage for hundreds of years, didn't the Israelites need guidance? Andrew and Robert explore this dynamic that we find in Number 9.
